Description

The Management Advancement Research Centre (MARC) at FAST School of Management Islamabad (FSMI) is carrying out a HEC funded 18 month long research project under the supervision of Dr Sadia Nadeem. The project is on HR Benchmarking and High Performance Work Practices using structured interviews and quantitative data. The project requires four research fellows with varying level of responsibilities on contract basis. The tasks include data collection, data entry, data analyses and article writing. The research fellows are required to visit different organizations in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and surrounding areas – thus individuals with personal transportation facilities will be preferred.

Qualification: BBA, MBA, MS, PhD Student (positions and tasks will be allocated on the basis of past experience and qualifications).
